There's some info on their drop rates on the melvor wiki. Since there's such a large number of pets, odds are you'll get some very early, but most will take many months to get. Not sure how melvor drop rates compare to rs3 and OSRS, but I know plenty of people in the main games that take more than 200m xp to get their last couple pets
